For more information about the ChoiceDek class action settlement, please review the Short-Form Publication Notice of Class Action and the Notice of Class Action, Proposed Settlement and Fairness Hearing referenced above.

This information is up to date as of .  The Court signed an order preliminarily approving the ChoiceDek class action settlement on September 15, 2008, and a final Fairness Hearing is scheduled for January 8, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.

All Class Members who wish to opt-out of the settlement must mail a notice of exclusion no later than December 15, 2008 (25 days before the Fairness Hearing).  All Class Members who wish to object to the settlement must file their objections no later than December 15, 2008 (25 days before the Fairness Hearing).

The tentative deadline for submitting an official claim form is currently September 9, 2009.
